Custom Domains Per Workspace
Every business platform has a URL. For most teams, that URL starts with the platform vendor's domain — yourcompany.platformname.com. It works, but it's a constant reminder that you're using someone else's software on someone else's infrastructure.
Custom domains let you change that.
Your Domain, Your Platform
Connect your own domain and your workspace is accessible at app.yourcompany.com (or whatever you choose). SSL certificates are provisioned automatically. Everything works the same as the vendor-subdomain URL, but the address is yours.
For teams that use the platform as a core operational tool — something team members access dozens of times per day — a branded URL is a meaningful signal that this is your tool, not a third-party app you're visiting.
External-Facing Use Cases
Custom domains matter even more for workspaces that are partially user-facing. A customer portal, a partner workspace, a supplier collaboration environment — these are surfaces that external users visit. A URL that reflects your brand, not the platform vendor's, creates a more professional impression.
The platform is invisible. Your brand is front and center.
How It Works
Add a CNAME record in your DNS pointing your chosen domain to the platform. Specify the domain in your workspace settings. Within a few minutes, your workspace is accessible at the custom domain with a valid SSL certificate.
No technical configuration beyond the DNS change and the workspace setting. No infrastructure to manage.
One Domain Per Workspace
Each workspace gets its own custom domain independently. Different workspaces within the same organization can have different domains — ops.yourcompany.com for the internal operations workspace, partners.yourcompany.com for external collaboration.
Your infrastructure, your naming conventions, your brand.
